Veterinary Technician at BUTTON BRAND VETERINARY CLINIC

We are a mixed animal veterinary clinic. Our mission is all animals matter, hooved feet and all.
We are seeking a new Veterinary Technician / Receptionist to join our team. Your role will be to Assist our growing team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and promote customer retention and loyalty. While initiate contact with potential customers, identify their needs, cultivate new business opportunities, and develop solutions that enhance revenue..
As a member of the veterinary department, you will work with all veterinarian team and report to our veterinarian owner and office manager.
What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
• Assist veterinarian and coworkers with the care of patients
• Administer treatments
• Perform basic laboratory tests or assist with sample collection
• Check in and out clients
• Receptionist duties including updating records and files
• Answering and coordinating phone calls
• Cleaning cages and surgical instruments

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• High School or GED
• Veterinary Assisting
• Large Animal Care
• Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician
• IV Catheterization
• Surgical Monitoring
