Oversee client portfolio with revenue of up to $5 million/year, and lead account team in developing healthcare advertising business opportunities and implementing business strategy. Develop, author and present business plans. Coordinate and prioritize activities between accounts, identify and respond to client needs, and apply foundational knowledge of the category to which brands belong. Interpret market research data into brand ideas, manage current tactical plan and SOW, and liaise with senior managers, scientific services, medical education, and finance to ensure optimal client satisfaction, business development and income potential. Develop and manage staffing plan to ensure appropriate resource allocation and utilization, and train, develop and delegate to account team to encourage and provide professional growth and development pathways. Oversee contract development and budget development and approval. Train, develop, appropriately delegate to account team, including providing direction and supervising team on development and implementation of strategically sound agendas for key events.Requirements: Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Media, Culture and Communication, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or as account supervisor in a healthcare advertising agency.**All required experience must have included developing campaigns and strategies for Fortune 500/Global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical organizations; working with client roster generating at least $1 million in annual agency revenue; providing tailored marketing solutions for US and global direct to consumer and healthcare professional audiences within therapeutic areas such as oncology, ophthalmology and hemophilia; analyzing competitive landscape and identifying current trends and areas of value in data/messaging using MOAT, iSPOT and Meta Ads Manager; collaborating with pharma orgs to perform market research and gather and synthesize data to extract insights for tactical messaging; analyzing financial micro factors to optimize budget and maximize ROI for ad campaigns; tracking campaign performance and inform data-driven, evidence-based marketing strategies and optimizations; ensuring marketing materials comply with FDA regulations, Prescribing Information (PI), Important Safety Information (ISI) and marketing ethics and compliance standards; contributing to new business pitches; and mentoring and training junior account executives. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT).#LI-DNI
