Preferred certifications and skills include:
- Maine Professional Registration or ability to obtain registration within 6 months.
- 8 12 years of experience management lead responsibility for site civil and development projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, software-based project management, and other computer-based tools.
- Regulatory permit process and public presentation experience
- Construction administration and inspection field experience
- Interpersonal skills and self-introspection
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Humility and willingness to learn and lead.
- Drive to grow and advance.
