Vice President and General Manager, Retail Technology Solutions - Vontier

Invenco by GVR is seeking a dynamic and Strategic Vice President/General Manager (VP/GM) to lead our North America business. This pivotal role encompasses strategic planning, financial performance, commercial sales and operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in P&L management and has a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** · **Strategic Leadership** : Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive growth. · **Financial Management** : Oversee the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is optimized. · **Customer Focus** : Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. · **Commercial Sales & Operations** : Achieve commercial goals, drive weekly sales targets, build a robust pipeline and spearhead business development across North American convenience retail customers.
