We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President I, Loans Onboarding Specialist to join our Loan Administration Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
You’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead onboarding processes of new & existing clients as they navigate through BNY whilst launching new CLO or fund transactions.
- Maintains familiarity with industry developments and best practices.
- Partner with client services, sales, legal and other teams to implement digital adoptions and ensure operational standards are adhered to.
- Leverages an in-depth understanding of BNY product services and offerings by providing this information to individuals and clients.
- Coordinates and directs the daily operations of a client onboarding.
- Contributes to maintaining metrics within the Loans Onboarding Team.
- Resolves complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries as needed.
- Maintains relationships with business teams to report client trends and needs.
- May use knowledge of client issues to contribute to business development efforts.
- Manages internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.
To be successful, we’re seeking interest in the follow areas:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
- 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
