Shift Hours: Monday- Friday Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Proven track record of being able to effectively manage census growth and ensure proper system implementation and follow through
• Meet and exceed census budgets 
• Daily census calls
• Monitor referral platforms - Accept patients as needed
• Identify and eliminate admission barriers in real time 
• Regular market assessments
• Develop and participate in strategic planning and prevent referral leakage in our markets 
• Maintain relationships with CM and Social workers - hospital personnel responsible for referral routing.
• Manage clinical liaison team and centralized admissions office
• Ensure proper admissions protocol being followed in a timely fashion
• Conduct regular sales meetings - with internal and external team members
• Need to posses strong work ethic, ability to multi task, build and manage a team of professionals
