POSITION OVERVIEW: The Business Development Vice President is responsible for positioning ProSearch’s unique service offering for the sole purpose of new business generation and client retention The Business Development Vice President will identify and qualify clients that may benefit from ProSearch’s unique service offering. Although ProSearch is an eDiscovery provider there are defined characteristics that define a potential ProSearch client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospect and qualify potential new clients
• Define creative client solutions based on ProSearch’s unique service offering
• Create original content for business presentations internally and externally
• Document all marketing and business development activities in Sales Force
• Attend thought leadership conferences and present, or moderate panels
• Generate opportunities that result in net new revenues for ProSearch
• Achieve annual quota expectations
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE)
• 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
• An intimate understanding of technology including emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and associated business tools
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
• Comfort and confidence in interacting with clients and internal staff alike.
• Strong leadership ability and presentation skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Repetitive movement of hands and fingers-typing and/or writing
• Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading
• Occasional standing and walking

Compensation: $175,000 + Commission Plan
