Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Strategy Leader:
- Develop and implement an engineering strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and drives innovation. You’ll create a roadmap that ensures our products are at the forefront of technology and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You’ll be the architect of our engineering culture, ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver their best work.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
- Implement and refine engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. You’ll introduce best practices that streamline operations and enhance the productivity of our engineering teams.
- Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful product launches. You’ll be the linchpin that connects engineering with the rest of the organization, driving cross-functional collaboration and success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team. You’ll encourage your teams to explore new technologies, methodologies, and ideas that can drive the next wave of product innovation.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and product development. You should be as comfortable discussing code with developers as you are setting strategic goals with executives.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. You’re a natural leader who inspires confidence and drives results.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives. You’re always thinking several steps ahead, ensuring that our engineering efforts support our company’s growth.
- Process Optimization: Strong knowledge of engineering processes, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. You know how to create and refine processes that maximize efficiency and quality.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You make the intricate understandable, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record of engineering leadership is also valued.
- Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or cloud architecture are a plus. If you’ve ever contributed to open-source projects or published technical papers, we’d love to hear about it.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, or CTO. You’ve led teams that have delivered successful, scalable products.
- Proven experience in scaling engineering teams and processes in high-growth environments, particularly in industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
- Experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and modern development frameworks. You’re comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and leading teams to overcome them.
