FI Operations
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as we expand and grow our FI operations. As a pivotal member of our organization, the chosen candidate will collaborate closely with key FI leaders to partner with them, execute on ideas, and so forth. This role presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development.
Performance Management
• Proactively manage and optimize the book of business to drive profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with FI EVPs to strategically manage and increase territory revenue.
• Monitor and report on impact at dealerships, providing clear insights and
recommendations for improvement.
• Gather actionable data and present it to the FI team to inform decision-making and
strategy.
• Analyze performance trends to develop actionable initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
Financial Oversight
• Monitor and manage the flow of funds within the FI department to ensure financial integrity
and compliance.
• Oversee agency revenue streams, ensuring effective revenue management and reporting.
• Ensure that all processes and systems are being followed within the FI team to maintain
operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement systems and processes for managing dashboards, action items, and
performance metrics.
FI Systems and Processes
• Oversee the strategy and build-out of systems that support the FI team, ensuring they align
with overall business objectives.
• Partner with the operations team to refine and improve Salesforce capabilities for the FI
team.
• Daily management of Salesforce requests and updates from the FI team to ensure efficient
operations and support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specific to FI.
• Knowledge of dealership operations and financial processes is a plus.
• Experience with report management.
• Proven experience in FI management or performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing initiatives and projects.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity.
