Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy and oversee all financial operations for the organization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience leading financial strategy in a growth-oriented environment (non-profit experience a plus).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• CPA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and financial insights to support an organization’s mission.
