The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for CHG's software products. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and aligning with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes while fostering a people-first culture. Key responsibilities include leading GTM strategy, product strategy, digital marketing, and strategic marketing.
The VP will lead a team of product and brand managers to implement the vision, roadmap, and marketing efforts for a portfolio of products and services. This position plays a crucial role in driving company growth, requiring the ability to influence stakeholders, lead change management, and ensure the adoption and success of the product portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses strong business leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive digital experience to guide product teams and deliver exceptional software products and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Develop a winning product vision, strategy and roadmaps which advances the overall mission and goals of the enterprise.
- Build enterprise-level products using product management skills including discovery, design, analytics, product strategy, roadmaps and development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Work to understand our customers' problems, define the correct priorities to tackle and bring product features to the market to address them.
- Drive the development of new products and enhancements to existing products, from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and market requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other departments to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.
GTM Strategy:
- Understand the competitive landscape and industry trends and use this understanding to identify sustainable competitive advantages
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and product development efforts to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Strategic Marketing:
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's market positioning and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve overall online customer experience.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance the company's online presence and reach.
Team Leadership:
- Demonstrate effective team leadership and influencing of stakeholders - motivating and building team consensus and getting things done through others not directly under their supervision.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer scient, marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Experience working in large-scale, technology-enabled healthcare services businesses.
- Experience in B2B SaaS development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- 15+ years of experience in product management, marketing, and digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving GTM strategies, product development, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $197,400 -- $381,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
