Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for quality and compliance in healthcare? Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Quality and Compliance to ensure that our organization and its affiliates uphold the highest standards of care across multiple states. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leader will play a critical role in shaping and implementing quality improvement initiatives and compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements and support continuous organizational improvement.

Responsibilities

Vice President of Quality and Compliance Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality and compliance strategies across multiple states.
• Lead the quality management team in implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and act as the organization's Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer.
• Collaborate with state agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to address compliance risks.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive performance improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, innovative team focused on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare quality management.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory standards, CQI principles, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
