Partner...Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience managing sales operations across multiple branches and states, ideally with oversight of locations in 10 or more states.
Demonstrated success in managing revenues exceeding $50 million and leading sales teams of more than 30 representatives
Experience coaching leaders to be successful on dotted line reporting relationship
Strong track record of driving sales performance, implementing effective strategies, and achieving business objectives in a distributed branch business environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Willingness to travel as required
