About the Job
- In partnership with the business unit leadership team, the VP of Sales has full ownership of the complete back-office functions of the sales and service organization.
- Establish global sales strategy worldwide for SiC
- Drive financial thought leadership, institute end-to-end process management for sales target setting and tracking of performance through to financial forecasting
- Responsible for guidance and direction of all Sales Communications, Marketing and Customer relations to support the overall business strategy
- Involved in the coordination, planning and execution of yearly sales plan and stewardship of reporting tools.
- Lead bookings and revenue forecast and corresponding analytics to drive predictability and linearity of top line results.
- Liaison between sales and operations, focusing on process enhancements and project management.
- Directly responsible for improving the sales and service revenue execution by streamlining and integrating related business processes and operations.
- Leading the design, development and implementation of tools and processes that drive desired sales force behavior and actions.
- Act as a liaison between the sales organization, marketing, finance, IT, HR and corporate EHS to deliver sales and service operations initiatives on time and on budget.
- Evaluate and implement comprehensive reporting tools to track opportunities through the complete customer lifecycle
- Providing leadership support to indirect reports through Customer Service and Sales Operations Team as needed.

Education & Experience
- B.S. degree in Business and/or Engineering, Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years B2B sales in Silicon Carbide, power and discreet Integrated Circuits products or a related field. Built and manage sales team on global basis.
