We are looking for a VP - Sales to join our sales team and focus on mid-market customers in the outsourcing space - finance, healthcare, and insurance. We seek exceptional talent that is eager to do the best work of their life while supporting others in doing the same. You will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with prospective customers as well as expanding business within existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using Rely services most effectively. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback.

What You Will Be Doing?
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven sales-person to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of the incumbent include recommending ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key sales. You should also be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial and statistical data.
- To be successful as a VP - Sales you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ultimately, an exceptional sales-person and should be adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams related to the services industry.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Should have a unique ability to with prior experience in handling team of 15/20 sales members, will also be responsible to build relationships and develop networks, along with highly developed account management skills.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
- Incumbent will be responsible for lead generation, contacting and closing the bids with deals ranging from $500 k to $5 M revenue.
- Targets oriented and someone who can bring annual business revenue to the firm ranging around $3 to $5 million.
- Qualifying marketing leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Self-develop hunting "Ideal" Qualified prospects through nurturing, research and multi-channel outreach
- Self-develop personal referrals (via referral agreement) to sustain additional new lead flow to your pipeline
- Track and manage prospects and opportunities in the CRM following standard internal sales processes
- Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle and with all parties.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Manage a detailed personal sales plan to achieve company sales and pipeline goals
- Communicate and foster relationships with prospective clients
- Manage customer and BPO expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Be the primary subject matter expert on all major call center services/industries
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Travel to attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events, as needed
- Meet with the sales team regularly in a group setting during the weekly sales strategy meeting for department feedback and brainstorming
- Provide feedback to the marketing department to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Monitor market and competitor activity
- Assist in testing new enhancements in CRM to ensure they meet department requirement
- Learn, follow, and monitor current processes to carry out responsibilities and also provide recommendations for improvements based on industry experience and client feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven Business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
