 We’re seeking a future team member for the role of US Tax Operations Manager, Head of AIS FATCA to join our Tax Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in office.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Oversee the AIS FATCA Tax Operations with teams across different regions. 
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Engage with senior business partners on contributing to prospective new business RFPs.
• Provide Control Oversight, Governance and status reporting.
• Analyzes business functions and processes, providing analytical analysis to challenge current processes to target process improvement and reduce risk.
• Able to think strategically. Solution problems with Client experience in mind.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

• Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 7-10 years of total work experience and 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and locations in a matrixed organization is required.
• Innovative mindset with process improvement experience required.
• FATCA/CRS Tax knowledge, education, and/or experience is preferred.
