We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Content Lead to join our team and spearhead our video content strategy across digital and social media platforms.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and experienced Video Content Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and social media content creation, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video editing projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement engaging video content strategies
• Capture and edit high-quality video for marketing purposes across multiple platforms
• Oversee production of social media content creation, including live streams and short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Serve as in-house photographer for model stock shots and product imagery
• Travel to off-site photoshoots to assist the photography team and capture behind-the-scenes footage
• Lead, train and mentor junior team members in video production and editing techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Arts, Film Production, or related field
• 5 years of professional experience in video editing and production
• Expert proficiency in video editing software, particularly Final Cut Pro X
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with social media video production and live streaming
• Excellent camera operation skills for both video and still photography
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
