Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, preferably in a documentary or media organization setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Avid, etc.), and familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and sound.

Preferred Qualifications:

Multimedia Skills: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic design is a plus.

Public Media Experience: Previous experience working in public media, or a similar nonprofit environment is a plus.
