Video Production Manager
What does a Video Production Manager do at Fiserv?
You will work with our Operations Team and manage the day-to-day running of our Proof Point Studios, oversee our video production and post-production team, as well as support and develop our video production partners. You will supervise video projects from concept through development to post-production and delivery. You will be contributing in the production process, leveraging both your creative and technical knowledge to produce high-quality programming.
What you will do:
+ Partner with the VP of Brand and Production Design on day-to-day operations of the video department.
+ Collaborate and brainstorm with the studio team (design, operations, writers) to set and solidify the creative direction of video content, helping bring our video content to life.
+ Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients.
+ Deliver high quality product on time and within budget.
+ Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from internal stakeholders and clients.
+ Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary
+ Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained.
+ Ability to operate and carry camera equipment (up to 25 lbs).
+ Ability to work nights and weekends when required.
+ Some travel will also be required for this position.
What you will need to have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in film or cinema studies or a related field
+ 5+years’ of relevant experience in a video production environment – capturing videos (picture and sound) and lighting and camera work
+ Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
What will be great to have:
+ Experience leading the studio team in the development of video treatments, storyboards and shot lists
+ Experience with live streaming
+ Experience working with on-camera talent (professional and non-professional)
+ Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
