Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist - Piper Companies

Piper Companies is seeking a Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist to join a government consulting company on-site in the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities of the Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist:

• Troubleshoot technology in conference rooms and ensure rooms are operational to include connecting video calls
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Perform system upgrades which includes hot fixes, patches, and security configurations
• Provide support during virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc) and troubleshoot any issues as needed
• Work closely with vendors and IT personnel to resolve all network issues

Qualifications of the Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist:

• 10+ years of video telecommunications/audio visual professional experience
• Experience troubleshooting conference room equipment
• Active Secret clearance

Compensation of the Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist:

• $85,000 - $100,000 based on years of relevant experience
