Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
Explain and clarify insurance policy benefits, coverage, and exclusions to clients.
Assist clients with claims processing and follow up on the status of their claims.
Provide information on different insurance products and services.
Policy Management:
Process new insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
Provide support and guidance to clients in understanding their benefits and resolving any issues.
Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with clients.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare and distribute policy documentation, quotes, and other relevant materials.
Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Ability to explain complex insurance terms and policies in a simple and clear manner.

Education And Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field can be advantageous.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Licensed Insurance Representative) may be required or preferred.
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is often beneficial.
