We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Lead Generation & Sales Specialist.  

The Virtual Lead Generation & Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VLGSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff who treat rare diseases.
• Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads.
• Deliver education and drive awareness to support patient identification within target offices and work collaboratively with the client team to hand off qualified leads through a defined and repeatable process. 
• Increase awareness and knowledge around rare disease state and how to diagnose it.

You are a great fit if you have…

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 2-3 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience 
• 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred
• Strong patient identification and lead generation skills 
• Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively

• Familiarity with rare diseases products 
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
