This is a remote position.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

●       Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.

●       Ask questions that will help clients identify their feelings and behaviors.

●       Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.

●       See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice

Requirements

Requirements:

●       Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling (LPCC)

●       Active license issued by the State of California (LPCC)

●       Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based interventions to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.

●       Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus

●       Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
