Qualifications
8+ years of experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic and visual arts.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating previous work is required
Responsibilities
Design engaging user experiences for complex team member applications in both desktop and tablet devices.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex applications. Serves as design "advocate " with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design alternatives.
Establishes and promotes design guidelines, best practices and standards. The role requires well-demonstrated skills in visual design, solidly informed by best practice user-centric design standards.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Collaborate with Product Owners, Interaction Designers and Development team to Develop new approaches and design solutions to complex design problems
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Puts ideas into a tangible form
Communicates clearly and effectively and possess strong analytical and oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills proven persuasion, facilitation and diplomacy skills are a must for this role
