Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Inspect various parts per work instructions, customer specifications & prints, SOPs, & SIPs.
Quarantine suspect / defective parts from product that meets customer specifications.
Follow Incident Report Procedure for containment of suspect / defective product.
Review suspect / defective parts with Quality staff for part approval as required.
Package parts in preparation of shipment to customer. Use work instructions, customer specifications, SOPs, SIPs, & packaging specs as required.
Prepare labels, packaging and shipping boxes as required.
Process inspection scrap as required.
Follow Company policies and procedures as defined in the IEP Employee Manual.
Follow all International Standards that apply to IEPs certification and QMS.
Follow safety rules and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Handle and dispose of all chemicals per the applicable MSDS and IEP procedure.
Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance.
Perform work outside of normal work hours as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education /Skills /Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must read, write and communicate in English as it relates to this position and safety.
Must have 1-3 years experience in a related visual inspection position.
Should have good Communication skills both oral and written.
Should have good Prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task.
Should have good Organizational skills.
Should have good Time Management skills.
Should have good Initiative coupled with a drive for Continuous Improvement.
Should be Cooperative with the ability to work independently or in a team environment (Teamwork).
Should have good Administrative & Record Keeping skills.
Should have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
