Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor position responsible for the creation and development of company-wide standards for visual merchandising displays and programs.
- May create and design presentation guidelines of products.
- May develop and coordinate the training materials to communicate these standards either directly to the store visual merchandising staff or through the field visual merchandising managers.
- Preps stores for floor sets and maintains and replaces props and visual elements as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years experience in retail merchandising and visual.
- Attention to detail, change agility, and accountability
- Will be working for the Marketing/Visual Team.
- The team is responsible for setting fixtures and walls based on the collections the merchants have bought for each floorset.
- We balance creating storytelling fixtures while maintaining the sales volume needs of the business.
- Background in visual merchandising or fashion merchandising.
- Visual support for floorset and walls merchandising/setting fixtures in Lab Store/floorset teardown in Lab Store/Organizing backstock
- Would consider recent graduate but prefer 2+yrs visual merchandising experience.
- Attention to detail, change agility, and accountability
