The Role: THE WELL is seeking a Vitamin Therapy Program Manager.

The Responsibilities:
Nurse team oversight including hiring, termination, onboarding, education material, scheduling, team building, nurse evaluations and nursing support
Quality and safety measure adherence of medications, sharps and biohazard waste, intravenous delivery systems and processes, emergency preparedness
Operations of medication and medical supply orders, sharps collection, medical emergency and first aid equipment
Ensurance of continuous guest journey loop
Additional administrative oversight and support of our Functional Medicine program including payroll and invoicing, ordering supplies, lab requisition forms and superbills, and checking for returned labs.
The Person We Need:
New York State licensed registered nurse
Passionate commitment to create a healthy work environment for nurses
High level of communication and organizational skills
Comprehensive knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards of Food and Drug Administration, New York and Federal Department of Health, and Board of Pharmacy related to medication delivery, biohazard waste and sanitation
Ability to create and implement educational materials for nursing staff
Aptitude for managing medication and medical supply orders efficiently
Driven to provide high quality guest experiences
Strong desire to work in the wellness space
Experience in nursing management a plus

1099 contracted position
$50 per hour rate for all hours worked (operations or as IV nurse)
Average of 7-10 hours managerial work (can be remote) plus 1 IV shift weekly
