Vocational Rehabilitation Job Coach - Covenant Case Management Services

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Job Coach to empower individuals with disabilities.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with individuals to develop personalized Individualized Plans of Employment (IPEs) that align with their unique goals and abilities.
• Assist clients with completing job applications, preparing for interviews, and navigating the job search process.
• Advocate for clients and secure integrated employment opportunities that match their skills and interests.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help clients succeed in their new roles.
• Build strong relationships with employers to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support for clients.
• Identify and address any barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Utilize CCMS Google Drive software to document your work and submit billing interventions.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including those with intellectual, developmental, mental health, and/or substance use challenges preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.
• Valid NC driver's license and the ability to use a personal vehicle (required). 
• High School Diploma (required). 

Schedule:

• Variable Schedule.
• This is a hybrid position.
