Pay rate: $60 - 65 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled VoIP Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Cisco call management and network operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our communication infrastructure meets the dynamic needs of the organization.
Key Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with supporting Cisco Call Manager.
• 3+ years of experience in managing and supporting IP Phones, Cisco Unity, and voicemail systems.
• 3+ years of experience with network operations.
• 3+ years of practical experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Preferred Certifications: CCNP Collaboration or equivalent.
Primary Responsibilities:
1 System and Design Implementation: Design and implement VoIP solutions that meet the unique communications needs of the organization, ensuring reliability and scalability.
2 Network Management: Integrate VoIP systems effectively with the broader network infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication across various departments and facilities.
3 System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for VoIP systems, including troubleshooting, applying patches and updates, and performing regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
4 User Support and Training: Assist staff and faculty with any issues related to VoIP systems, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure smooth operation.
5 Security and Compliance: Ensure that the VoIP systems comply with security policies and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and system integrity.
