Overview: Williamsville Administrative Assistant
Seeking motivated, organized, and responsible professional to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our financial team, assisting in daily office activities and increasing the efficiency of the office. (This is not a remote job despite what indeed says)
40 hours per week
Requirements and skills:
• Series 6/63
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of docupace preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently once trained
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• 2 years Financial Service Industry experience preferred
Salary and Benefits:
$62,000/year
80 hours of PTO
