Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global information technology initiatives, emphasizing risk control and security.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish a multi-year IT strategy.
- Manage the operating and capital budget for IT.
- Oversee departmental staff across multiple locations, including remote teams.
- Support global applications like ERP, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- Maintain network and server infrastructure.
- Implement digital communication solutions with remote access.
- Evaluate new technologies for business value.
- Work with business units to develop cost-effective IT solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of global IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks such as SOX, SOC, NIST/DFARS, and GDPR.
- Oversee cybersecurity and data privacy initiatives.
- Establish corporate policies for compliance.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Integrate systems to improve efficiency.
- Handle system implementations related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Select and manage vendors, including contract negotiations.
- Review customer contracts for security provisions.
- Provide cloud infrastructure for SaaS solutions.
- Develop integration strategies for internal and external systems.
- Formulate virtualization and cloud strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, preferably in service or engineering sectors.
- Experience managing projects and resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills at strategic and functional levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Servers and networking.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with mobile application development is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and hardware components.
- Relevant industry certifications preferred.
- Experience integrating international systems.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and VPN concepts.
- Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server.
- Web programming experience with .NET.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
