The VP of Engineering will lead the engineering team, driving the technology vision and day-to-day operations for this merchant acquiring company. - 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in SaaS, Fintech, or relevant industries.- Proven success in leading high-performing engineering teams, ideally in a startup environment.- Experience scaling engineering teams and managing technical debt.- Deep experience with technologies like Python/Django, Vue, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.- Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.- Experience managing high-scalability, availability, and security-focused environments.- Commitment to driving code quality and ensuring consistent, maintainable solutions.- Payments experience (Fintech, banking also considered)
