KBW has partnered with a growing construction company in their search for a VP of Finance. This role will lead strategic planning for their next phase while ensuring good controls and reporting are in place. This is a significant career opportunity in a successful business.
Responsibilities for the VP Finance:
- Oversee all accounting operations
- Metrics reporting to support strategy and growth
- Periodic analysis and reporting
- Manage the treasury function and cash flow projection
- Create and monitor KPIs to assess performance
- Ensure local and federal compliance
- Manage audit, tax and GAAP compliance
- Develop policies and controls
- Prepare board presentations
- Oversee IT function
- Lead acquisition due diligence
- Contract review and risk management
Requirements for the VP Finance include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- More than eight years in a managerial role
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Good systems skills
Compensation: to $225,000 plus bonus and equity.
