Your Responsibilities:
- Convert Leads into Clients: As a VP-Financial Advisor you will leverage your sales expertise to convert pre-qualified leads with a minimum of $500k in investable assets into long-term clients.
- Build Deep Relationships: Foster trust and develop deep connections with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
- Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed targets through effective communication and following a structured sales process.
- Pre-Qualified Leads: the marketing and prospecting team generates qualified leads that are looking for help.
- Dedicated Support: the team handles appointment setting, client servicing, and administrative tasks, freeing you to focus on building relationships.
- Financial Planning Expertise: the team of financial professionals works behind the scenes to create personalized financial plans for your clients.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 65 OR Series 66 OR CFP
- Deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional sales skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, articulate value, and close deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
