Imagine360 is currently seeking a VP of Clinic and Pharmacy Operations to join our team! This position provides vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development and implementation of cost-effective high-quality clinical and pharmaceutical prescription services solutions for Imagine360 customers and members. This position is responsible for delivering efficient operations to meet current and future business needs for the miCare and miRx clients and members and is also responsible for overseeing the Rx Services Organization ensuring TPA members are supported appropriately with their pharmaceutical care needs. This includes business development, sales support, service delivery and managing client expectations. It also includes day-to-day clinical and pharmacy operations with oversight of staff including licensed clinicians, pharmacists and support functions in order to assure a high quality, service focused environment. The position will define the miCare and miRx growth strategy and oversees the effective implementation of new clinics, implementation of new miRx clients and integration of services. This position maintains a comprehensive understanding of the benefit plan document(s) under their scope of responsibility.
Position Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Planning
- Responsible for the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies for employer-sponsored primary care clinics and pharmacy solutions.
- Keeps abreast of regulatory and industry trends impacting employee sponsored clinics and pharmacy operations.
- Evaluates and advises on Imagine360's long range clinic and pharmacy strategy, planning and introducing new programs/strategies and regulatory actions.
- Provides strategic operational input and leadership on decisions impacting miCare and miRx.
- Identifies and creates a compelling vision for growth for all stakeholders
- Acts as a change-agent leading processes that are inclusive of thoughtful and progressive project documentation that meet client needs and sustain a competitive advantage.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships in the clinic and pharmacy space that can enhance Imagine360's value proposition and clinical outcomes.
- Operations Management
- Responsible for the operational and financial performance of business units and ensures successful operational performance in alignment with core mission, vision and values
- Ensures effective utilization of resources, providing ongoing assessment/analysis of operating results, facilitating processes that result in the elimination of unnecessary resources and taking appropriate actions as necessary to achieve the established objectives.
- Implement quality and production performance monitoring standards to meet business objectives.
- Collaborates with the organizational leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accomplish business goals and objectives.
- Initiate, facilitate and monitor initiatives and projects to ensure continuous improvement and movement toward project execution.
- Responsible for the measurement approach and ultimately effectiveness of all clinic and pharmacy processes both internally and externally. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports to clients demonstrating the Return on Investment of clinic operations and pharmacy services.
- Provides technical advice and knowledge to others on the operations of miCare and miRx.
- Coordinates with other Imagine360 departments to ensure full integration, sharing of information and coordination of process to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and identify trends in new clinical and pharmacy operational cost containment solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Leadership
- Manages and collaborates with the Clinic and Pharmacy teams to ensure the alignment of business operations with licensing standards of practice.
- Provides management coaching and oversight to the Clinic and Pharmacy Teams to ensure effective leadership and direction to the staff.
- Proactively establishes and communicates the mission and vision by personally demonstrating and holding others accountable to demonstrate behaviors consistent with the organization's mission, vision and values.
- Responsible for the development of business units' culture by providing the leadership that supports the creation of a work environment filled with trust and mutual respect.

- Ensures the proper development and succession planning of staff
- Administrative
- Collaborates with Finance to develop an annual budget and manages funds according to budget forecasts.
- Assists in the development of pro formas for client and prospects demonstrating the value of the miCare and miRx models through the establishment of return on investment and outcomes reporting.
- Stays abreast of the latest developments in employer-sponsored clinics and remains highly technically competent at all levels.
- Acts as a resource for reporting to clients to communicate the value of employee-sponsored clinics and pharmacy operations as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Sales and Service
- Support identification of employee-sponsored clinic opportunities and development of playbook to support growth
- Actively participates in business development activities prospecting of clients.
- Presents to qualified clients in a professional effective manner.
- Appropriately handles member and client complaints in adherence with company standard delivery of white-glove service.
- Quality Assurance
- Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction.
- Development and Implementation of dashboards to monitor performance of employee-sponsored clinics and pharmacy operations.
- Recognizes and alerts appropriate Team of trends that fall outside of quality thresholds.
- Performs self-quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals.
- Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance.
- Collaborates with others and cross-company to improve or streamline procedures.
- Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality.
Required Experience / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a medical clinic environment. TPA Care Management and Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience with leading pharmacy operations and standards of practice
- Experience directing and leading remote teams across all 4 continental US time zones.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of supporting growth of employee-sponsored clinics
- Demonstrated knowledge of current standards of practice for personnel in primary care clinics.
- Demonstrated business acumen, cost management techniques, financial and operational controls and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding expected outcomes and value for organizations.
- A proven solution-oriented leader, who leads by example through strong personal leadership and conviction, possessing influence and alignment-building skills and a servant leadership orientation with impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Position requires a high level of all forms of communication skills; written, verbal and listening.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
- Requires up to 50% travel.
