We are seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity to lead our Security Operations function that will manage technical teams as well as influence horizontally and upwardly within the company
This role will manage team members in the U.S
and indirectly lead and provide insight and expertise to counterparts in India

In collaboration with IT and business leadership, Cybersecurity directs the planning, implementation and monitoring of enterprise IT system and business operation defenses against security breaches, cybersecurity crimes and vulnerability issues function in order to protect VS&Co assets
The VP will have responsibility over Identity and Access Management, Security Engineering, Incident Response, Threat & Intelligence, and the technology operations and vendor relationships supporting all the above
This position serves as the process and/or system owner for most of the security and/or compliance requirements within the organization

Engage with key stakeholders to develop and grow relationships within the security, technology, and business organizations.Stay current with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the company's ability to defend against advanced threats including maintaining a mature Incident Response program and capability.Maintaining and providing updates to the CISO for Board materials and presentation.Engage as a thought leader within function and across Enterprise organization.Click here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $230,000.00Maximum Salary: $304,500.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown
Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour ExperienceAt least 10 years’ experience leading Cybersecurity operations.Managing high performing teams in large organizations.Strong business and financial acumen.Experience working with / for large retail or manufacturing organization or other complex $6B+ organization preferred.Programming, API, or development experience.Broad security and fraud operations experience.Applicable security, risk, governance, or compliance experience.Technical and functional roadmap creation and execution.System, platform, or application ownership at varying levels of execution.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Track record of identifying and developing technical and strategic talent through feedback, coaching and mentorship.Ownership of Identity programs.Customer identity operationalization (zero trust).Preparation of materials and presentation to Board of Directors related to security roadmap and program effectiveness.Applicable Security certifications.We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws
