VP of Debt & Equity Platforms
LOCATION: Greater Los Angeles (on-site 5 days/week in Century City or El Segundo)
COMPENSATION: Up to $200K + 30% annual target bonus

Position Summary
The VP of Debt & Equity Platforms will play a strategic leadership role in the implementation and management of core technology platforms supporting the Debt Asset Management (DAM) functions, focusing primarily on RealInsight and Dealpath. This role requires deep technical knowledge to manage the configuration and deployment of these platforms, though coding is not required. The ideal candidate will have strategic oversight of technology implementations and process optimization, ensuring smooth integration between systems while enhancing operational efficiency.

This role requires deep technical knowledge to manage the configuration and deployment of these platforms, though coding is not required. The ideal candidate will have strategic oversight of technology implementations and process optimization, ensuring smooth integration between systems while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from Backshop to Dealpath and oversee the implementation of RealInsight as the core debt asset management tool.
- Develop and drive strategic technology initiatives to support debt and equity functions, focusing on platform configuration and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with business goals.
- Manage the integration of Dealpath and RealInsight with other real estate technology platforms.
- Oversee vendor relationships and third-party system implementations.
- Ensure that the lender-side operations, including loan management, borrower data, and asset servicing, are optimized and efficient.
- Lead system testing, documentation, and rollout strategies for platform enhancements.
- Work closely with finance teams to support data management and reporting needs.
- Provide strategic input on technology investments that enhance debt and equity operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in real estate technology and debt/equity platforms.
- Hands-on experience with RealInsight, Dealpath, and other relevant real estate technology platforms.
- Deep understanding of debt asset structures (e.g., A Note, B Note, Senior Loan, Mezzanine Loan).
- Strong background in system implementations, platform integrations, and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand the code for platform configurations (no coding required).
