The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, a strong background in coding, and a willingness to engage directly with code when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in designing and building robust, scalable software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams.
- Strong coding skills and the willingness to roll up sleeves and code alongside the team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and implementing engineering best practices.
