Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,ooo + Bonus Potential
Territory: Covering Texas, Louisiana, California, Arizona, Oregon, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma

Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages sales performance goals for the region.
- Monitors and directs the business development staffing strategy. Ensures that sales team has necessary training and resources to drive business from physicians, facilities and other referral sources.
- Creates and directs the region's enterprise growth strategy partnering with health care providers to ensure a continuum of care.
- Works closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of the region's operational & growth strategy.
- Functions as a member of the executive management team for the region ensuring that company compliance, performance and HR guidelines are maintained in the region.
- Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives. Executes effective performance redirection when needed. Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, health profession, or related field; or Licensed Registered Nurse.
- Five (5+) years' healthcare sales management experience.
- Eight (8+) years' healthcare sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
Please note: This role will travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
