Motivosity is seeking an experienced marketing leader to oversee marketing activities and to contribute to our next chapter of growth. This role reports to the CEO. 

VP of Marketing Responsibilities are:

• Increase brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan.
• Improve overall marketing effectiveness
• Contribute to overall sales effectiveness
• Develop growth-driving marketing strategies that optimize available budget
• Manage the marketing budget and marketing metrics and KPIs

VP of Marketing qualifications are:

• Proven work in a senior role such as Marketing Director or VP of Marketing in the SaaS space
• A career path that shows you grew up in marketing
• Knowledge and proficiency in various technologies and disciplines used within a modern marketing organization
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
