About the Role
As the VP of Marketing, you will lead a diverse team of marketing generalists, specialists, and analysts, as well as an outbound business development team. Reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate a qualified pipeline for all divisions. This role focuses on building alignment across leadership, implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and driving brand awareness and growth.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA, with the expectation to work from the office a few days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to generate a qualified pipeline that exceeds 3x sales quota.
Lead efforts across digital marketing, ABM, event management, content creation, and partner engagement.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead a marketing team, fostering continuous improvement and growth.
Evaluate and optimize team performance, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Align marketing strategies with divisional goals, focusing heavily on ABM.
Drive daily marketing activities and ensure weekly/monthly pipeline targets are achieved.
Budget Management:
Oversee and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to meet pipeline goals.
Analyze past budget allocations to inform future strategies.
Data and Reporting:
Build comprehensive reporting capabilities with analysts to guide data-driven decisions.
Monitor and improve channel effectiveness reporting for better decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that align with brand goals.
Drive alignment across all departments to implement positive changes.
Customer Insights:
Leverage market trends and customer insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
Engage with customers to enhance referral programs and generate testimonials.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, particularly within the post-acute healthcare space.
Proven success in quota-driven marketing roles focused on pipeline generation.
Deep expertise in ABM strategies and a track record of execution.
Experience leading diverse marketing teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and optimize team performance.
Strategic thinker with a focus on execution, able to drive cross-functional alignment.
Proficiency in digital marketing, ABM, content creation, and event management.
Expertise in SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on product marketing and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Pipeline Metrics: Achieve monthly pipeline targets with high conversion and win rates.
Budget Efficiency: Maximize ROI on marketing spend while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
