DESCRIPTION POSITION DETAIL
With approximately $190 million in assets and located in Houston, Texas, Priority Trust Credit Union is currently in search of a Vice President of Operations. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for strategically enhancing the overall operations of the credit union to include retail operations, lending, business development, marketing, training, and information technology. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and will need experience with branches that provide a full suite of products and services. The successful candidate will have five plus years of experience leading operations within a financial institution, a proven ability to strategically lead, and highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree and experience with the CDFI program are strongly preferred. Please include reference number 1512 when applying.
