What are we looking for?
Intertek People Assurance business line is looking for a VP of Revenue to join our team and play an influential role in the growth of our organization. This is a key executive role responsible for driving and developing the company's revenue growth strategy. This role involves leading and optimizing revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing and client success to ensure alignment with our business objectives. The VP of Revenue will develop and implement strategies that increase topline growth, market share, maximize revenue, and support sustainable growth objectives.

Intertek's People Assurance teams empower your workforce to identify and close operational gaps and mitigate risk by assuring smart actions across your organization. Our People Assurance business line consist of 2 SaaS product lines, Intertek Alchemy and Wisetail.
Intertek Alchemy provides frontline worker training solutions for processors, manufacturers, packagers, and distributors of all sizes. Intertek Wisetail provides a custom branded training and communication platform built to engage today's workforce with a complete learning management system, giving customers the tools to grow their passionate workforce.
Job Title:VP of Revenue

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that encompasses short-term financial goals and long-term strategic priorities for Alchemy and Wisetail, focusing on driving top-line growth in alignment with profitability goals.
- Set revenue goals and KPIs in collaboration with the executive team, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the revenue teams.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
- Manage teams to build market leadership, competitive strength and brand loyalty through customer stories, messaging and clear value statements.
- Manage revenue KPI's, data driven sales and contracted revenue processes, and forecasting accuracy to increase predictability and exceed budget targets.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
- Manage key customer relationships and partnerships, and directly participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Strengthen client relationships by understanding client needs and participating in client Annual Business reviews
- Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance customer experience, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Develop strategies to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

What it takes to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue leadership roles, including sales, marketing, and/or customer success.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a high-growth or scaling company.
- Experience in SaaS technology is required. Experience in People Tech is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, demand generation, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Innovative and forward-thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity, with a focus on long-term success.
This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
