Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Sales to take your skills and experience and give us the sales system we are dreaming up. This role is tailored for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates adaptability, and consistently exceeds sales targets. If you are motivated to excel and eager to significantly grow our client base, we invite you to join our team.
You will be the first hire of our sales team, and you will be expected to do all steps in the sales process, from SDR/BDR job duties to closing, while architecting our sales system, which is based on the book Predictable Revenue by Aaron Ross.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop of a robust sales pipeline, using innovative strategies to secure new business and expand market presence.
- Quickly adapt and pivot strategy in response to market feedback and competitive dynamics.
- Craft compelling offers and tailor messaging to meet diverse client needs, ensuring alignment with core business goals.
- Engage with various stakeholders, from team members to top-tier clients, maintaining high energy and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- Proven track record of top-tier performance in B2B sales environments, with a history of smashing sales targets.
- Strong tactical agility and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
- Superior communication skills, capable of constructing and delivering clear, persuasive, and original sales pitches.
- Resilient, enthusiastic, and a proven team player, with a steadfast commitment to continuous growth and success.
- Experience in crafting customized sales strategies and adjusting tactics on-the-fly to optimize performance.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (HubSpot) to streamline sales processes and enhance decision-making through data.
