We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to join our team. This is a permanent role that requires a strategic visionary with a proven track record of driving growth and scaling sales operations in the tech services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering key relationships with enterprise-level clients, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and establish strategic relationships with key customers, agencies, and industry professionals.
3. Oversee the sales operations, which include pipeline management, account planning, and proposal development.
4. Maximize growth and profitability by optimizing sales methods, strategies, and procedures.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer-centric approaches.
7. Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and drive sales performance.
8. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
9. Drive lead generation efforts and conversion strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the tech services industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Extensive experience in all aspects of B2B and enterprise sales, including lead generation, account management, and complex sales negotiations.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
6. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate large-scale contracts.
8. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovation in sales strategies and practices.
9. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing technologies.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
