VP of Sales:
One of our top clients in the Atlanta market is seeking a VP of Sales! This firm has received multiple awards- one of which was top places to work!
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry, with a proven track record in a senior management role.
- Experiencew tih running internalized home sales for one of the top 20 builders in Atlanta
- Organized/motivate the sales teams & processes and MUST HAVE sales experience in Atlanta
- Setting standards, processes
- Strong understanding of the residential construction process, financing, and real estate market dynamics.
- Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., CRM systems) and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
