Job Summary and Qualifications

Provide oversight and support initially of Cardiovascular and Neuroscience service lines with future expansion of scope into other key lines i.e. Orthopedic/Spine and Oncology. Develops and executes framework for overarching approach to service lines across the organization and across the Palm Beach market as required. Serves as liaison between hospital administrators, physician partners, vendors, physician and provider relations specialists, functional department leaders, business development and market facility leaders and physicians as required. Demonstrates success and abilities in leadership, achieving results, communications, customer service and health care management. Possess strategic planning and business development skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, team facilitation, project management, and physician relations. 

What qualifications you will need:

• 4 year Bachelor Degree
  
• Master Degree preferred
  
• More than 5 years: 5-10 years of nursing leadership experience required
  
• 10+ years of nursing leadership experience preferred
