Job Description​

The VP Operations is responsible for the oversight and management of the day to day operations of the hospital. In partnership with the CEO, CNO, CFO and other members of the hospitals executive team, this position ensures operational objectives and priorities are appropriately identified and achieved. In partnership with the CFO, the VP of operations facilitates capital and operating budget development, works to achieve financial targets, performs analysis of departmental and programmatic performance, and develops pro formas for new programs services. Additionally, the VP Operations will establish key relationships with the board, foundation, medical staff and various community stakeholders and organizations to ensure the hospital is well represented.
