This is a Full -Time position that is scheduled Monday - Friday with working hours 9a-6p. The pay is $13 -14 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role is onsite at our center located: 5495 Lake Margaret Drive, Orlando FL 32812

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Ensure all Center policies and state regulations are met

What We Need from You:
• High school diploma / GED, or degree in related field of study required
• FL DCF 45 hours required;
• Willingness to obtain VPK endorsement and CDA within 6 months of hire highly preferred

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of professional early childhood education or experience
• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
• Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
