Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled VRF Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems for our commercial and industrial projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in VRF design, installation, and troubleshooting, who can manage both project requirements and a dedicated team to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead VRF projects from planning through completion, ensuring goals align with budget, timeline, and client expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical oversight on VRF system design, installation, and quality assurance to meet VMG's high standards.
• Team Leadership: Train and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and growth.
• Vendor & Client Relations: Build strong relationships with VRF equipment vendors and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality & Compliance: Implement and uphold industry standards, ensuring VRF systems comply with safety, efficiency, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with VRF or HVAC project management, specifically in commercial or industrial applications.
• Strong project management skills with proven success in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
• Preferred Certifications: EPA Certification, LEED AP, or VRF-specific manufacturer certifications.
